If you haven't had a chance to experience McKee Botanical Garden after hours, don't miss the last Twilight at McKee of the summer this Thursday, July 31st, featuring the spectacular acoustic duo Charise Courtney (vocals and upright bass) with Andrew Ramjiawan (on guitar) performing as guests stroll the Garden's historic paths in the evening light.
The Garden Café, led by Chef Dan Overstreet, will be serving up favorites including the signature "Wild Waldo" burger. See the full twilight menu here.
Complimentary guided garden tours begin at 5:15 pm, offering visitors a glimpse of the garden's hidden gems and tales of Waldo Sexton's vision they might otherwise miss while exploring on their own.
Last garden entry is at 6:15 pm and final dinner orders at 6:30 pm. Admission is free for members, $20 for adults, and $15 for children.
This is your last chance to experience McKee's twilight magic -- hopefully we will see more in the fall!
