Paige Charbonneau and professional partner Edwin Rivera took home the Mirrorball at the 14th annual Dancing with Vero's Stars Saturday night at Riverside Theatre, scoring on both sides of the competition's split formula: half judge scores, half dollars raised.
On the fundraising side, the evening brought in over $660,000 for the Indian River County Healthy Start Coalition, nearly three times last year's $230,000, which was itself a record at the time. All of it will fund critical services for mothers, babies, and families across the county.
Charbonneau owns Studio Eleven Day Spa & Boutique and came in with a competitive cheerleading and dance background. Rivera returned following a standout run in 2025 where he earned a perfect score.
The success of Dancing with Vero's Stars is a direct testament to the hard work of not only the dancers, but this year's committee: Ron Toperzer (Chair), Stefanie Blackburn (Silent Auction Chair), Ben Earman (Production Chair), Nicki Maslin (Social Chair), Frida Randolfi (Board of Directors Liaison), Chloe Rose Schwartz (Event Coordinator), Melissa Shine, Jackie Stoelting, and Taylor Farnsworth (Committee Members), alongside Healthy Start's Megan McFall (CEO), Grace Simonsen (Director of Fund Development), and Adrianne Ward (Development Manager).
