Highlight of the Season: McKee’s Jungle Lights Returns in Full Amazonian Brilliance

McKee Botanical Garden unveils its 19th annual Jungle Lights, an expanded and exquisitely crafted holiday experience opening this Wednesday, December 3. Six distinct zones trace the moods and mysteries of different regions of the Amazon Rainforest, inspired by the intrepid plant explorers of a century past.

Garden members will get a first glimpse tomorrow, Tuesday, December 2, before the spectacle opens to the public. Hours are from 6-9 PM, from December 3-30, with two bonus evenings on January 2 and 3.

With advance tickets already moving quickly, and with presenting support from the family of Arthur G. McKee and numerous community partners, this year’s Jungle Lights is poised to be one of the garden’s most talked-about events yet.
