Fellsmere is on track to become the hub of Florida’s surf scene. Construction is underway for The Point Surf Park, which will be the state’s first artificial surf lagoon and the first U.S. facility from Endless Surf.
Located just minutes from Sebastian Inlet, this $34 million, 10.5-acre park, currently slated to open in 2026, boasts Endless Surf's cutting-edge ES36 wave technology, producing perfect overhead waves on demand. The heart-shaped lagoon offers multiple zones so surfers of all levels — from beginners to pros — can enjoy year-round sessions, no matter the ocean’s mood.
More than just a training ground for future champions, The Point will provide a full beachside experience for surfers and non-surfers alike with lounge chairs, cabanas, spectator areas, and a food truck courtyard.
It also intends to serve the community, partnering with groups like the Boys & Girls Club of Fellsmere to create programs for youth, faith-based and veterans groups.
Most importantly, The Point will put Fellsmere on the map as a serious player in professional surfing. Coaches and athletes will have a controlled space to fine-tune their skills and practice without the cost and hassle of traveling out of state.
